I drove an hour to get my hair cut here because I heard they were a wonderful salon with great people. It had started off wonderful, wonderful people, amazing atmosphere, and they communicated with you. I had came in with a second person who, after they cut their hair, had found out they had lice. Which is no big deal, I understand the precautions you have to take if that is to happen. Then, the hairstylist assumed I had lice after checking my hair twice before and not finding anything, but the third time she did. I then went and had someone else check my hair and I had nothing. Eggs, knats, nothing. I am very disappointed in the way they handled this situation. It made the person I was with very uncomfortable and a little embarrassed. It is not anyone’s fault as to why they get lice, but the way the lady (s) handled it, made it seem like it was.
