This place isn’t bad. I went here to get my hair done for prom and it was perfect! I had a woman named Tran and I love her so much. She cuts my hair to the way that I like it. I told her that I don’t blow dry my hair or style it, and she knows how to make sure that my hair comes out to perfection and meets my needs of minimal maintenance! All the ladies there are really skilled and I am always happy to see them.

We come here mainly for the kids’ haircuts. They get busy, so making appointments at least a week in advance is a must. We kept trying other places in the area that always have availability, but I guess “you get what you pay/wait for”? We keep returning here, as the cuts are consistently better than in all the chains in the area.

The worst part is the customer service. If you don’t like the cut and let them know, they argue with you out loud for all the customers to listen. Also, it was the worst haircut my boy ever had!Felt really bad in this place.

wish i could rate this place 0 stars. lan (the man) gave me the worst haircut of my life- didn’t listen to anything i asked for. i asked for a trim (1/2 inch off the length) with some layers added and he cut off 3-4 inches and added some choppy layers. now my hair looks like a teenage skater boy’s hair and will take so long to grow back and i have an important event to attend next month. do not go there.

I’ve been going to Hair Etc. for over a decade. I’ve referred lots of people because of the skills of their stylists, at a price that is unbelievably reasonable! I usually bring a picture of my dream hairstyle and it’s always been awesome. I’m talking about some complex styles/makeovers! I love the ladies… they’re very sweet.

This place service is so bad.Had a real bad haircut.The stylist was more bothered about how thick my hair was while it sits big n thin while holding it together in ponytail.people come in with different textures of hair.As a professional she should know how to handle it instead of commenting .
