I’ve used the business before for a haircut and the stylist was super helpful and super great. She did an excellent job cutting my hair. I had another appt scheduled for today to just get a haircut and I guess the stylist I was scheduled with called out due to back pain. Which I understand. They did try and call me to notify me, but I missed the call. I tried to call back twice and no one ever answere3d so I arrived for my appt time 15 minutes early. I waited for 15 minutes and then someone came and asked if I had been helped. I said no and told them I had an appt with so and so. The woman said “oh yes she’s out today but this lady can help you.” From the back I hear “well I tried to call her to tell her I didn’t have time but no one answered” to which I replied that I tried to call back twice with no answer. Great cuts but there is too much competition in Washington to just stick to this place. I am a mom of three and work full time. The simple joys of just getting a hair cut are few and far between and I was so disappointed that i needed to reschedule. So 3 stars for good cuts, but didn’t give 4 or 5 due to scheduling conflict and lack of communication.

Great service and friendly staff. I’ve gotten cut from a few of the ladies there and color from two. They all did an exceptional job. Definitely recommend – and I’ve been to other places in town. They didn’t work for me like Hair Engineers does!

Sabre is the best! She always takes her time and listens to what you want, which is so very important to me. I have thin/fine hair and a lot of beauticians say they know how to work with my hair type…….but she is one that truly does! The rest of the staff are always very friendly and helpful also! Great shop!

Vicki did a partial foil and trim for me today and I couldn’t be more impressed! My hair is very thick and difficult to foil. My average time to get it done is 3 hours. She was done in 45 minutes total and it looks great! I have finally found my stylist!!!!
