I am only putting one star because 0 stars is not an option. The first photo that is on here is my hair before I went into hair emporium. The second photo is what I asked for. The 3rd and 4th are what I left with!! she would not give me my money back and could not fix it until Thursday. I have engagement photos coming up and things at work. I could not wait that long. I ended up having to go somewhere else to have it fixed, but because of how dark she made it (black) I could not go very light and was told not to use any type of bleach in my hair for awhile because of the damage. I have never had a worse experience at a salon. I really hope that you will think twice before stepping foot into this place. WARNING
