Love, love love my stylist Tori. She is very talented and great at what she does. I’ve had really bad experiences. My hair is not easy to cut. I usually end up fixing my hair after a cut. Tori gets in right every time. I love the experience. She is also very personable and great with all her clients including myself. The location is great and always very clean. I would recommend this place.

I came here because my lady is booked until january and i wanted lighter before the holidays. this is my second session of bleach after having black box dye on my hair. i went in telling her my plan and what i wanted and showed her pictures. i know from the darkest color and box due it is a process, however my lady i typically go to pulled me to a light light brown the first session, i then waited about 2-3 months before re bleaching it. so i came here because they had a spot, hoping it would be good and come out good after reading the reviews. halfway through and she just finished washing my hair and she recommended i cut it. i was ok with cutting it, it was medium length and we both agreed on armpit length and no shorter. so she starts cutting and then blow drying it and i see my hair and it is above my shoulders. i was so unhappy i was still expecting it to be a little long at least and under my armpits. fast forward now she is dyeing my hair now, and she in the beginning was like yea i think we will be able to get you lighter and lift you more today, so she comes back out and apologizes that she was so back and forth and that she doesn’t think she will get me to a lighter goal today. (lighter brown than what i had) so she comes out and she goes so i have chocolate brown for your color and chocolate brown is dark so i’m upset whatever so she starts applying and i asked her why it is going on red and she is all oh that’s normal that’s the way hair coloring works so i trusted her with this part. later once everything is done i have burgundy red hair with lighting and a dark dark brown almost black looking color in not great lighting. they could’ve done a lot better i expected more especially with the reviews. also the topics she talked about were very weird. i was sitting with my legs crossed while she was cutting my hair it’s habit and she goes i wonder what guys feel with the thing in between their legs when they sit with their legs crossed (my boyfriend came with me) and he was very weirded out and then she goes that just might be a question you can ask him later and laughed. it wasn’t professional and she messed my hair up so bad.

I called today for an appt. for a cut and fun blue/green color with dark roots. I was told the color would last only 2-3 weeks, the cost would bee $180+. I certainly seemed that she did NOT want my business, and she shall not have it. I will go elsewhere.
