I have been searching for a regular hair salon all my life, but I always have trouble because I have long, thick hair AND I love changing my hair color to different, fun colors often. When I met Karen at Hair Effex I knew this was going to be my new place and I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now! Karen is AMAZING! Not only does she have a great attitude and positive spirit, she is incredibly TALENTED! It’s not easy working with my hair and she makes it seem effortless and never makes me feel anything other than beautiful. When I tell her the next crazy thing I want to do she doesn’t tell me it’s impossible and I should do something else, instead she explains what we would need to do to get there, gives me great opinions, advice, and guidance, and if I still want she says “okay, let’s do this!”

My experience was amazing and I loved the way she cut my hair. She took her time and explained to me before she cut my hair. I would highly recommend this place. Staff is so nice and I like that they sell jewelry and stuff . Dana did amazing job on my hair she knows exactly what she is doing.
