I saw Sarah for highlights a few weeks ago and I’m obsessed. What I loved most about Sarah was that she listened to what I wanted to do! I’m a new mom so I really wanted low maintenance highlight (I thought I was ridiculous asking for this)! She did it! My hair looks so natural and blonde!! I am so happy. Go see her ASAP!! The entire staff was so cool and down to earth, the salon is super cute and they make you feel very welcome! That’s a big one for me. I will happily give them 5 stars!

Horrible customer service with the exception of the girl up front who was very nice. The first time I went, I paid an awful lot of money for highlights that were NON existent. I showed her a clear picture of myself with highlights but she chose to do her own thing. I gave the salon a second go around with a different stylist, and although I was happy with my hair and the highlights, the stylist treated me with so much animosity, I all but ran out of there. Thankfully I found a new salon where I was treated with not only kindness, but the respect of getting to know what I’m looking for and how to approach what I want/don’t want with consideration of my hair type, without being condescending. Nobody wants to give their business to someone who treats them like they are not welcome!

Saw Monica M twice. The first time haircut was nice but I asked for something easy. This tim, I wanted to take some length off and get bangs. Showed her two photos; one of what I wanted and one of what I didnt want. Got the latter. She was always nice and pleasant but she got mad when I complained and said it was “what we agreed on”. If I had a guarantee that it would look like my request I would agree. I understand there are no guarantees with haircuts, but I requested something, she agreed to give it to me then didn’t then proceeded to argue with me that she did. I look like Bucky Larson!! Paid $45 for a haircut I absolutely hate!! Haven’t hated a haircut this much in a LONG time. Get some training for more current hairstyles.

Had an appointment. Sat in the waiting area for 20 minuets past my appointment time. No one came and apologized or said will be with you shortly. Finally took me downstairs. Asked me if I wanted a shampoo I said no thank you. So one girl wet me hair and then said take a seat in Sarah’s chair I said who’s Sarah. I have never been there before how would I know who is Sarah lol then I sat down the women was all distorted I didn’t want a shampoo first of all. Then cut my hair. The 10 minuets I was in the chair she talked to everyone else on the room. Then we get to the register says 35 dollars. Haircut says 28 dollars on the sign. I was so upset about the entire experience I just paid it and left. If your going to charge more then stated it should be announced before you even start. Will never go back there. 42 dollars for a haircut isn’t cheap so I expected a way better experience then I received.
