Horrible. Dont know what others here are talking about, I’m guessing they were just left by their friends. They fried my hair, they don’t know how to bleach, do highlights, balayage properly. They don’t answer the phone and their service sucks. Also they didn’t do what I asked for at all, the hair was completely different. Unsafe, if you want to save your hair go somewhere else.

Alena is INCREDIBLE! She is absolutely an artist and I’m so happy that I found her for my first set of extensions. She took her time and explained everything. I have super thick hair and the appointment took much longer than I booked because of my hair and trying to blend my natural hair with the extensions. Never once did I feel like Alena was rushing. She is kind and has a passion for her work. I’m a traveling nurse from Iowa and will happily fly back to have Alena for my future extension and hair needs!

This salon is tucked away in our neighborhood strip mall and it’s a treasure. The inside is cute, with coffee and big bright mirrors and often a wee doggie. The philosophy is so friendly, with an angle of education and help and not just– fry our customers hair.

I have wavy hair and almost always dread going to get my haircut because so few stylists seem to understand how it works and I end up leaving with a frizzy mess of hair shorter than I wanted it to be that looks nothing like I normally style it. Alena did a great job listening to what I wanted, paying attention to what my waves “want” to do, reminded me of some helpful tips for encouraging my hair to look it’s best, and left my hair surprisingly long while taking off the unhealthy split ends. I will return!
