Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueHair-Do is by far the best salon in the Mobile area, and anyone that says otherwise has rocks in their head. For as long as we lived on the Gulf Coast, my husband, children and I were loyal customers to their stylist Kristin, who has never disappointed. Their service is so good that, on a recent return trip to the Gulf Coast, I made it a priority to schedule a hair appointment. Hair-Do is by far the best salon in the Mobile area, and anyone that says otherwise has rocks in their head. For as long as we lived on the Gulf Coast, my husband, children and I were loyal customers to their stylist Kristin, who has never disappointed. Their service is so good that, on a recent return trip to the Gulf Coast, I made it a priority to schedule a hair appointment. They do an excellent job and I cannot recommend them enough.

The salon was very accommodating of me having to bring my children to consultation. All around welcoming vibes here. This was before the shop was called Hair-Do. I went to see them every 6-8 weeks for more years than I can remember. But they both took care of me, my husband and my son without fail. I love their expertise and imagination and patience doing hair for people that are no longer “hip”. Love them both and all the other girls I have met over the years. The only reason we stopped going there was because we moved out of the area. I started going to see Michelle many years ago and then changed to Tiffany when Michelle went out on maternity leave. This was before the shop was called Hair-Do. I went to see them every 6-8 weeks for more years than I can remember. But they both took care of me, my husband and my son without fail. I love their expertise and imagination and patience doing hair for people that are no longer “hip”. Love them both and all the other girls I have met over the years. I showed them a picture of my bangs the last time I got them done. I could’ve just done them myself with kitchen scissors. The bangs were cut straight across and blunt, yet very uneven. They didn’t bother to style my cowlick out, saying that’s “just how my hair was” despite only needing a blow drying. And when I got in the car I noticed one side reached my eye while the other was close to my eyebrow. It looked nothing like my reference picture. So of course I should have let my stylist know I was not happy with my hair, but I’ve never been in that situation before. I showed them a picture of my bangs the last time I got them done. I could’ve just done them myself with kitchen scissors. The bangs were cut straight across and blunt, yet very uneven.
