I am rating the salon not the stylist. The space is nicely decorated. When I went in there was no receptionist another stylist checked me in. Online scheduling was easy and the bios helpful in picking a new stylist. Each stylist does their own transactions. For such a big space the chairs are very close together. I will be retuning since I liked my stylist Emily’s job.

So bad experience, my hair was cut but at the end it was only brushed and like not even completely dried when stylist told me, that We were done. I told her that was the first time I was left with the hair looking like that (just like washed and brushed, not styled at all). She offered like do something else but kept asking what I wanted. I was so upset that manager came and spoke to me and end up telling me that next time I should add to my appointment a note saying I would like my hair styled before leaving.. seriously?? All salons do that like for common sense or because perhaps they like their jobs. The worst experience and the hair styler lady awful. Please look for another place and skip this one.
