I love Jenna! She has been doing my hair since 2008 (13 years!) and even after I moved to Vancouver, WA I still make the drive to Tigard for my appointments. I’m a blondie and she always makes it shine! Her salon is comfortable, clean and stylish. She’s done a great job adding her personality to the space. I would recommend Jenna to anyone. I went to Rouza for a perm and was pretty nervous about it but the confidence in her work that she showed really helped. I could tell she had done perms on guys many times because she knew exactly what I wanted and understood I didn’t want my hair curly just wanted to add some body/waves. Hair came out really good and the perm solution she used was VERY good and hardly damaged my hair if it did at all. Definitely going back to Rouza!

Jenna is amazing at what she does. I went in because my sister got a haircut by her. She layered her hair so beautiful and elegant that I had to have her to do that to me (and I was well overdue for a cut). She is so professional and has a lovely attitude. Long story short (pun intended!)….I had a misshap with an at home haircut. My long curly hair lost about 10 inches and made my head look square. Rouza was able to get me in the same day I called. She was so friendly, kind and made me feel at ease! I also hate being pressured for future appointments and she left it open for me to call her when it grows more so we can keep fixing it! At 36, I’ve basically only had 2 people cut my hair besides my Mother-in-law, and found my new forever stylist!!

Jenna provided an outstanding haircut, transforming me from a simple buzz cut guy, to a more upscale look. It was super easy, I told Jenna that I needed a professional haircut for some work meetings this week and a upcoming wedding this weekend, she was able to fit me in and took care of the rest!
