I wanted a spiral perm, all I got was a perm. When one washes their hair the ringlets should form. I am very, very, very disappointed special at the price I paid. Now have to find a salon that will correct it. I also was looking to give me the height upfront, the way she rolled the rods was totally wrong. Don’t think they have the professional capabilities at all.
