Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityMy first appointment was June 2019, for shampoo/trim with Kim. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by the front desk staff. The salon is in an older house, very nicely decorated and clean. The staff and clients all seemed to be happy, whether they were arriving for or leaving after their appointment.Kim was very attentive to my desired cut and was a pleasure to converse with throughout my appointment. I left knowing my first visit wouldn’t be my last.Fast forward to January 2020, time for my second trim. I was able to be scheduled with Kim within a few days, which worked great with my schedule. Again, I left extremely satisfied with my hair.A couple of days later, my daughter and I decided it would be fun to have either manicures or pedicures together so I telephoned the salon. While the schedule was too full for each of us to have both, we chose a manicure and Nicole was able to do us that afternoon.Nicole is also very friendly and professional. Her work area is clean and she takes great care to ensure cleanliness throughout appointments. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our time of pampering and Nicole made it seem as if we’d been friends for years.I booked another manicure a couple of weeks later, followed by a pedicure a few days after that. Those were the best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had. She offers fun suggestions, listens to the clients desires and is extremely gentle with her tools and techniques. Her attention to detail is like no other.
