I don’t even know what to say or how to react…our 10 yr anniversary is Monday, Dec 05. Kinda special right? Had a hair appointment scheduled for yesterday at 5:30p which ended up fall through. Called around and almost lost hope on getting an appointment because I have a specific work schedule I have to work around. Place my last call and it’s a mother / daughter salon.. they felt terrible and told me to come in and they would get me fixed up, after hours. Amazing right?! show up, lady seems to know what she is talking about, asking tons of questions about my hair ect ect. Looking back now.. her first question to me was ”do you want a glass of wine” – should have walked out. But I didn’t, I was desperate. Long story short- I wanted fresh highlights… to keep my blonde hair… woke up this morning and my hair is brown. BROWN!!

While waiting for a prescription to be filled this last Thursday, I popped into Hair Designs by JPS. I would normally call or text Sheena to set up an appointment, but I was right up the street. She was finishing up a client when I inquired about her next availability. She and her family were headed out of town that evening to go on vacation. I was looking like Shaggy from Scooby-Doo and badly needed a haircut. She looked at her watch and said “how about right now.” I plopped down, she slapped a smock on me, and gave me a quality $50 haircut. Here’s the kicker. She only charges $20 for a mens cut. Did I mention that she’s got the prettiest eyes this side of the Pecos. (West Texas saying) Thanks Sheena. You Rock!
