My mother and I got our hair cut by Kandace. Both of us agreed our hair came out great. We visited 5 other salons and noone could fit us in, but Kandace got us both looking fabulous as walk ins, in a very short period of time and prices were cheap, my mother gave her double what she asked for both our hair. Horrible experience! Went in for a color and highlights from Rebekah. When I was done she curled my hair and at the time it looked great! So I paid her the $191 she charged,(which I thought was over priced) , but the next day when I dried my hair I noticed how messed up it was! It was uneven and not placed right. I sent her a message with photos asking her if she could fix it. She said she could fix it or give back a refund. So I set up an appointment with her to get it fixed. I was thinking I would be getting a FREE fix since I paid that much and got nothing close to what I wanted. Nope she was still going to charge me 60-70 bucks to fix her mistakes! So I told her I’d cancel and just take a refund then because I wasn’t paying her anymore. And FYI her refund is only 50%, so I ended up with $95 and horrible looking hair. That I get to fix myself! Never again and wouldn’t recommend for highlights! So disappointing
