Told receptionist I wanted a haircut. Olga did a terrific job. She asked if I wanted a shampoo and I said no. When I paid they charged me $43.00. I was shocked but paid it and gave a $5.00 tip. When I got home after thinking about it I checked their pricing online. Cut $23.00. I called and spoke to receptionist. She said it was written up as cut, shampoo, blow dry. I told her I did not have shampoo and did not ask for blow dry. I told her to ask Olga. She left and said Olga said price remains as shampoo, blow dry and cut. I was mad and told them I would never return and hung up. It ruined my day. Poor customer service. I payed for services not rendered.

As a professional stylist I saw the horrible highlights you did on Tuesday. The customer posted it on Facebook. You made her hair blue? What kind of bleach do you use that turns blue? You let her leave like that. It looks fried. Then you charged her 200.00 bucks. You should be ashamed.
