I go here for all my haircut, pedicure services. KC is a wonderful person. They do just exactly what you want. They take the time to explain what they are doing, ask what you need and are very kind and helpful. I was even offered hot tea while waiting getting my hair highlights done. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in and asked for a haircut with a picture and the elderly man behind the counter they cut my hair asked me if I wanted it short on the sides and I said no so the first thing he did was cut it short on the sides and then he tried to blend it and he kept getting shorter and shorter and shorter until I had a tuft of hair on the top of my head and I had to stop him and ask him what was he doing? He said I’m trying to do the best I can. I said that’s not what I asked for I asked for the haircut in the picture I said this looks nothing like it. I had to come home and shave my head get rid of the tuft of hair on the top of my head. He tried to tell me that the reason the haircut looks so silly was because my hair grew funny. I don’t even know what to say to that because my brain can’t understand it. He messed up my hair and couldn’t fix it Try as he may.Don’t ever go here. I’ll say it again don’t ever go here. I told him that if he didn’t understand he needs to ask questions. Measure twice cut once. He agreed.
