I have been going to Mona’s Salon for 7 years for my eyebrows. They are fantastic and very consistent, the only place I go to. Also they have the best deals for eyebrows, under $5 per visit and they only take 5-10 minutes and you are out. Absolutely recommend them! Eyebrow threading

I got Root touch up done. I’ve been getting it done once a month, moved new to the area and thought will try them as how bad can someone do it. Well after the 1st wash, the color came off. Called them, they told to come back. When I went back they told they’ll not wash the hair it’s extra $15 to wash. Also for root touch-up they charged $45 even though they have advt for $30 onwards. Will never recommend them or go back, they seem dishonest with pricing and what they use.

Got a haircut here; not happy with the salonist (Nandu?). I wanted a short haircut but she flatly refused to reduce the length any further. She cut some steps but they didn’t look great and didn’t add much volume at all. I guess most ppl come here for eyebrows threading, which they may be good at. But avoid getting a haircut. Haircut

Sister and I went to get our eyebrows threaded and the two workers did a terrible job. Most of the hair was still left and there was no shape in our eyebrows. The worker, Reshma worked on my eyebrows and she was in such a rush and tried to finish my eyebrows ASAP. Therefore, the quality of my eyebrows came out very bad. And trust me, I have been to this salon multiple times and I even got a hair cut from Mona which have turned out to be amazing, but do NOT go to the salon for eyebrow threading, not worth $8.

When I requested them to try again to remove hair Reshma yelled at me for using razor on my legs and say they would charge extra to remove rador hair. This was not informed earlier At the start of the session I asked the lady to see if I need to wait but she was confident that she can get all the hair removed. Have been going to Mona’s for many years. Both Smyrna and Marietta braches have never let me down. They have multiple visit packages for almost every service. I go there only for threading, waxing, facial, head massage, hair cut and recently did keratin hair treatment too. They do a great job and have excellent customer service. Have recommended them to my friends too.
