Critical: Punctuality, QualityI never, ever write reviews but I had to this time because my hair came out so bad. My usual stylist is booking two months out due to COVID so I bought a Groupon with Fationa. She took me a half hour late and then seemed to be rushing through full foil highlights, and the results show. It was not until I got home and styled my hair in a basic low bun with a side part that I noticed how awful the highlights were, especially around my hairline which makes it all the more obvious and bad looking. Probably could have done better doing it myself with an at-home kit. There are stark, hard breaks between the end of the highlights and the root of my hair. They look like badly done, months old, grown out highlights. I also asked for the ends to be texturized so the trim didn’t look so blunt and severe. She did a few extremely quick snips in the front to “texturize” but it looks awful. She was obv in a hurry and most likely, since she knew when I booked the apt that I was using a Groupon, she did not give me the same service as a “full paying” customer. Needless to say it was $90 for the Groupon and then an extra $30 for toner which seemed a bit pricey considering my hair is just below my collarbone. Gave her almost a $40 tip and now have to go somewhere else to have the highlights/cut fixed and done right. She was extremely informative, patient, and sweet which I’m very thankful for because I know I was being picky and questioning a lot due to hair styling nightmares. My hair looks so good and healthy thanks to her and I will definitely be coming back for more hair therapy from Fationa soon. Thank you so much!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueFatonia is amazing at her job! I let her do what she wants usually and I always love it. Been going to her for almost 3 years!!! I’m dark single process and the color stays well. I also think the cut always grows out well. All around satisfied!
