Horrible Work. I had my hair colored. 1st she pushed out my appointed time 3 times. Then when I got home I noticed hair dye all over my ears, my neck, my forehead, and my left arm. Carol originally wanted to do the color dye with no cape on. The color would’ve been all over my clothes. I decided to give her a 2nd chance. So I took my son in for a haircut for my daughters wedding. I told her to keep my sons length on his hair just to straighten up the back and left the front alone. She ended up cutting 3 inches from the front. Messed up his hair, she but his hair like a girl. She totally ruined the wedding photos. I was going to 15 mins be late for my 3 appt that we already had scheduled l. She said I needed to be one time if I wanted my hair done for the wedding. I had a family emergency and being late was my only option. So I told her I couldn’t be there within the 15 mins. She had the nerve to ask me for her time to the empty spot But yet she call me and púa my time out 3 times. I told her then she would pay me for my time. Plus I was going to let this go buy she’s one of those Ignorant Trump supporters. She even told me that if I don’t forgive I will not enter into heaven, she talked about the devil, and as soon as she seen my brown skin. She a white lady and she kept trying to speak Spanish to me. Without even asking if I spoke Spanish. This was first experience as I just moved to Merced. But I hope all other salons aren’t as messed up as this place. I don’t Not recommend this place at at. Oh yeah her station is like a small closet with hardly any lighting. She also left my hair orange and missed a big chuck on hair without color

A few years ago, I had a pretty miserable hair coloring experience that scarred me from ever wanting to do it again (whole head color and highlights). But after working with Carol a few times, I trusted her enough to know that she knows what she’s doing. I’m so glad to have found her! She really listens to your requests and gently provides her own two cents, where appropriate – all of which leads to excellent results. I highly recommend Carol for all hair services 🙂

We are New to Merced and My Husband was looking for a place to cut his hair before his Bday. It is a Holiday today and they were closed. But Carol answered her phone when I called and she was Willing to go to the shop to cut his hair even if she was closed today! My husband unfortunately found a place that was open before I was able to give him the information. But we will definitely be going here next time.
