Hair Design 27 is located in Phenix Salon Suites in Woodbridge, conveniently near Route 1, Route 9, Parkway, & Turnpike. Servicing guests since 2007, Hair Design 27 is here to make your hair goals into a reality. Whether it’s a custom hair color, fuller hair with the use of extensions, a wash and go cut, adding body with a perm, or styled for a special event- we are here to help you achieve your hair goals. Together you and Jen, the owner, will make a plan of how to get your from the hair you have to the hair you dream of. While most plans can be accomplished in one visit, some plans take several to achieve when drastic changes are desired. Jennifer did such an excellent job correcting my covid self coloring . First she fixed getting the red out of my base – which was a big problem. Then she popped in my blond highlights ! Jennifer took the time to listen and then she actually gave the look i wanted and explained step by step . Cool location in the beauty complex . If you’re concerned about covid , the location is an enclosed room with you and your stylist ! Clean and comfortable .

This is the very first time a professional hairdresser compliments my curls and states that a lot of her clients “came in for curling perm to get nice curls like yours”. I always thought that my hair is difficult to work with because I never have a hairdresser who is happy to work with my hair but Jen is knowledgable and professional. She is happy to share her knowledge and explain to me how to take care of my hair and make the curls work beautifully. This is now my go-to salon and thanks to Jen I’m now going to embrace my curls even more! I rarely leave a review but you guys deserve more recognition!
