Critical: ProfessionalismThis place has the most unprofessional employees. When they don’t want to do walk ins, they just ignore you until you leave. I heard them speak to their clients about the people waiting to get a hair cut. No one will speak to you when you walk in the door. Super unprofessional and rude employees. This place has the most unprofessional employees. When they don’t want to do walk ins, they just ignore you until you leave. I heard them speak to their clients about the people waiting to get a hair cut. No one will speak to you when you walk in the door. Super unprofessional and rude employees. Critical: Quality, ValueI am writing in regards to express my frustration. I am new to this area and needed my hair done. My hair stylist back home is over 2 hrs away, so I asked multiple people who told me to go see these ladies.Let me start by saying the place was very clean and my stylist was very friendly. With that being said my hair is an absolute mess. I have had my hair highlighted for the past 20 years and I have never had my hair fall out like it is now. I am getting married in 3 months so I pray that it is somewhat manageable by then. With my haircut the bottom was cut an that was it, my layers weren’t trimmed the front of my hair wasn’t touched. I am writing in regards to express my frustration. I am new to this area and needed my hair done. My hair stylist back home is over 2 hrs away, so I asked multiple people who told me to go see these ladies.

Critical: ProfessionalismThis used to be my preferred salon. I have been twice in the last month and was told they were too busy and I could come back from 2 to 3 days later. If it is that backed up I think the walking sign may need to be removed. But I am hoping it was just a stressed out employee trying to lighten the load. This used to be my preferred salon. I have been twice in the last month and was told they were too busy and I could come back from 2 to 3 days later. If it is that backed up I think the walking sign may need to be removed. But I am hoping it was just a stressed out employee trying to lighten the load.
