Positive: Quality, ValueI am so happy I took a chance on this place! My mom has been coming here for YEARS. Although her hair looks phenomenal it isn’t a hard thing because she has always had amazing hair. Everywhere that I have gone said they could not do anything for my color because of my years of black dye and then my roots that I was dying red…. Other places said I would have to go back several times and spend 300-400 dollars total! The other places said I would end up with damaged hair.Back to this place:A sweet lady, named Van helped me. She made an appointment for the same week and when I went in I was pretty bummed because I felt discouraged from what I was told. Van asked to see a picture of what I wanted. She got right to work. Spent 2.5 hours on me and NAILED IT! I am sooooo happy. My hair feels 10x healthier. And the price was HALF of what other salons were quoting! She was very detailed in how to care for my new hair and what to do to style it gently. I will not go anywhere else.THANK YOU VAN! I am so happy I took a chance on this place! My mom has been coming here for YEARS. Although her hair looks phenomenal it isn’t a hard thing because she has always had amazing hair. Everywhere that I have gone said they could not do anything for my color because of my years of black dye and then my roots that I was dying red…. They were accommodating to my friend and I who I was doing a bachelorette party for so they got stars for that, if the rest of the service had been the same it would have been five stars.my friend loves this place and is a loyal customer but for me Service was meh. I waited quite a while for my pedicure to start even though there were employees who didn’t appear to be busy. So my friend and I finished at different times even though we had the same services. The hand and foot massages were brief and disappointing and my toe nail polish chipped badly within a few days when normally pedicures last along time for me. My gel nails faired pretty poorly too. I didn’t love any of the colors they had so got the french but it chipped fast, and the white started to get all crackly and yellow, that’s never happened to me before.

Bad haircut! The person who did my hair didn’t even wash my hair and gave me a dry hair cut. She did it so quickly like she was in a hurry and kept chopping my hair. I should have stopped her but i didn’t. I am very unhappy and will never go to this place again. I paid $35 for a bad haircut. I should have gone somewhere else.

I walked in after work to get my hair done with no appointment. I was hoping for one of the two younger ladies who do hair to help me out, but they were not there. I settled for someone else and wish I hadn’t. I payed $25 for a dry haircut with no real style. I will not return to her at all. I should have just waited to get my hair done by the one I wanted, but was inpatient.

Got my nails done, along with a browser & lip wax, today. The lady who did my nails did a poor job and I had to tell her to remove the acrylic and glue under my nails. A different lady did my eyebrows. No trim. Nothing to get the remaining wax off my face except a dry cotton ball which irritated my skin further. And no soothing ointment for the skin. I was greatly disappointed since I had been looking to this the whole week. Just got home from work and have to pluck hairs :/

I have been going here for years and it is a rare occasion that I get a bad haircut, mani/pedi or wax, however, the last 2 times have been horrible. My face wax wasn’t done well, hair still all over my face, chin and neck, the mani/pedi were bad and the polish came off within 2 hours. The business used to be clean and inviting, but it is dirty and really filthy now. I like my hair cut short and it was trimmed (barely). Usually Van is spot on, but she is slipping. Too much running around doing everything and everyone else other than what she is supposed to be doing. I hate to say this but I won’t be back.

Kimberly and Lydia are Great at there job! Never have I found stylist that acctually do there job and are affordable. The place does need a new receptionist tho…she has no customer service and her attitude around just drags the place with negativity….also i noticed the store needs more deep cleaning…but maybe thats just me because I like to have my place super clean other then that I defently will go back to see these girls they are Great!
