The owners were really nice said I could bring my granddaughter back in to try and fix it but their was no fixing this haircut I had been here a couple times before I don’t know what happened what was really disturbing is the hairdresser didn’t think there was anything wrong with her hair didn’t think it was uneven never mind he cut all of her hair off wasn’t even close to the picture she had school pictures the next day didn’t get them done I wouldn’t recommend unless you have time to recover from a bad haircut I think this was a horrible experience I am still upset I have to wait a couple weeks to give it time to grow back a little to fix

It takes a while for me to get used to a barber considering how picky I am because nobody was ever able to satisfy me except for one person that I know. Melissa has gained my trust I can tell you right now she is 100% the best barber in the shop. I Recommend this wonderful nice lady.

I went to this place to get my hair cut around the holiday season Shelby did an amazing g job.i went back last week for round 2 and Shelby did what I felt was a horrible job.ibwalkwd out was so embarrassed I never said anything to her.im currently wearing a hat and waiting for my hair ti grow out so I can have it fixed. It’s basicly hacked and butchered up the sides not straight just super embarrassing. I know she’s capable of doing great work but maybe she was in a hurry to get gone or leave work I’m not sure.but I can’t allow her to thi k she did a good job that’s not doing her any favors
