Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI scheduled an appointement for me and my sister for 2 pm on a weekday. I wanted her first professional hair cutting experience to be fun, so I requested the appointment for two people so we could get haircuts together. When we got there, we noticed a line of people waiting for their haircuts. We had to wait outside for COVID reasons, but we were waiting for 30 minutes before one of the stylists stepped out, apologized for the wait, and said, “One of our girls didn’t shown up today.” We hadn’t received a phone call or an idea of when we would be taken, so we ended up waiting another 27 minutes before we took turns getting half-inch trims. A sign up front said the trim should have cost each of us $20 plus gratuity, but our stylist told us it was $35 for each of us. She took it down to $25 probably for the wait, but either the sign was very misleading or we were downright overcharged. Later on, my sister told me she had asked for layers but realized later that she had only gotten a trim. Other than our stylist being very friendly and sweet, this was an overall frustrating experience.
