Critical: Quality, ValueI went in to get a haircut yesterday, and I’m still traumatised. I’m someone who rarely get haircuts because I’m very attached to it. I’ve been growing my hair out for 2 years and I still haven’t gotten to the length I want. I went in and was very specific that I wanted very little cut off an inch at maximum. My hair dresser then verified before cutting that’s all she was going to take off. Throught the entire process it felt like something was going to go wrong. She never put any Detangler and even though my hair was clumped together. She then used a toothpick comb to brush my hair out. Which took at least 20 minutes and it hurt severely. She brought my hair from the front of my face to the hair in the back. Which caused it to be uneven and off Center, when she did my layers she just picked a piece of hair and chopped it. There was no method, it was as if she wanted to cut it she did. During the hair cut a lady came in to complain about her hair cut from the day before. She motioned towards the women cutting my hair saying she completely ruined it. Saying it was uneven and she took more then was requested. She told the women at the front desk all of theses worries she had about this girl. And not once did she come over to check my hair. At first I couldn’t tell if anything was wrong as my hair was wet. But by the time I got home you could tell how uneven it was. I had to go to a different salon that same day and spend even more money to get it fixed. While yes the manager has promised to give me a refund I don’t think that fully makes up for what has happened. To me my hair is ruined I hate it, it’s short and I don’t feel like myself. I went in to get a haircut yesterday, and I’m still traumatised. I’m someone who rarely get haircuts because I’m very attached to it. Critical: QualityGiving 2 stars rather than 1, because every other time they have done well. Today my boyfriend went in to get his haircut as he normally does. When I saw him, he had hair all over him still. They did not offer to wash his hair or anything afterwards. It is also extremely uneven in the front & sides. Called to see if they could fix it & they said we could come back in 45 minutes. We live out of town, so this was not an option. Giving 2 stars rather than 1, because every other time they have done well. Today my boyfriend went in to get his haircut as he normally does. When I saw him, he had hair all over him still. They did not offer to wash his hair or anything afterwards. It is also extremely uneven in the front & sides. Called to see if they could fix it & they said we could come back in 45 minutes. We live out of town, so this was not an option. Extremely disappointed.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityWhen I came back after getting a haircut about some spots the young girl missed she wanted to act like it was my fault that i did not catch her screw up. No sorry or anything. Officially done with this place. When I came back after getting a haircut about some spots the young girl missed she wanted to act like it was my fault that i did not catch her screw up. No sorry or anything. Officially done with this place. A little effort on employees part to acknowledge screw ups and show a tiny bit of remorse would go a long way in keeping customers.
