Critical: ProfessionalismI went with my daughter to have our hair colored and highlights. They put a semi permanent color which was not what my daughter wanted. Everything wash out within days. I asked for silver highlights to go with what I have already that is natural. Afterwards I had like a orangish color. My stylist whom is the manager tried saying I thought you wanted blondish highlights. She knows I asked for silver. So I went back and still didn’t get the color I wanted. She took a picture and said she would ask other professionals and get back to me. I called back and this time she was rude and said she never told me anything about rectifying the situation. I paid over$300.00 and have messed up hair color.
