I went in with a 30 minute time gap because I had a prior engagement. My appointment is as for 1:30pm but I arrived at 1:15pm. Sat on the chair and told Daniella I had to be out by 2pm. Asked for Ola plex treatment and a toner to brighten my highlights until my next appointment. Instead she suggested a partial root touch up which I didn’t think we had time for. After she applied a couple foils and was walking away I reminded her I was wanted to keep my blonde to make sure she mixed the right toner as last year she damaged my hair. I went from blonde to brown within minutes under the drier.

This was our first time at this location. My son’s stylist (I won’t share her name) was clearly working while under the influence. She was slurring her words, struggled to operate the clippers, and she absolutely messes up my child’s hair. She kept losing her scissors and at one point dropped her entire supply drawer! I was so concerned for my child’s safety, I told my son to jump out of the chair and we would go to Sports Clips to fix it. I was mortified that someone in her condition would be allowed to work on the floor!

I went in for a quick lining which generally takes them 5 minutes. I entered at 7:54 and was told they were closed and done for the day. There were two employees and only one employee was working. I’m not certain why the employee couldn’t fit me in. How are you closed and you close at 8pm.

Amanda is awesome. It’s hard to find someone who doesn’t cut your bangs too short but she keeps them the perfect length for me. All the girls there are incredibly nice. Make your appointment through the app.. it’s the best way to do it because they get busy. (Rightfully so) They have plenty of options and do both coloring styling and cuts. Bang game on point!
