My wife had made an appointment for 8-18 @6pm and the location was closed. Their hours state that they are open until 7pm but the location was closed since we showed up at 5:30pm. The least they could have done was given us a heads up but this is unacceptable. Terrible location and lack of respect for the customer. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU ALSO WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED!

I’m just done with this place. Last time I went they overcharged but I called corporate and they were awesome and fixed it. Tried going there again and these ladies were so rude and my daughter’s hair is ridiculous. I could’ve done better! I will NEVER go there to be treated rudely and get a stupid cut. Uneven stupidness… and I paid for a “signature” stylist cut. Not worth it.

Walked in to see if they had availability. They got us in quickly because they weren’t busy. I didn’t catch the 2 names of the girls who cut mine and my daughters hair, but they were amazing. I was worried going to a new place, especially without an appointment. But they did a great job. They were polite and conversed the entire time, and the girl who did mine had been doing it for 11 years she said, and really knew what she was doing. This will be our go to spot as long as we’re living in the area.

Holy moly! Shoutout to the stylist that was able to squeeze me in today. The receipt reads Aracely. It was a decision made within 30 seconds of driving past. I tried to “trim” my hair just to manage with it, and it has since grown out in not the best way. I really needed it to be fixed. Definitely the confidence boost I needed for the day.
