What kind of a stylist DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO FREAKING CUT HAIR. I have literally never been so disappointed. SELESTE Or whatever her name is literary chopped off 95% of my freaking hair and the cut is not even AT ALL it’s like a freaking kid cut my hair. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and I guess that wasn’t even acknowledged. I have to freaking deal with this horrible hair cut until my hair grows again. DO NOT WORK WITH HER.

Came in Saturday for a conditioning treatment and blow out. Awful experience. I was taken late while the stylist cried that she was over booked. The stylist made me feel so uncomfortable, I wanted to cry. Asked me how I wanted my hair blow dried and when I said to blow dry it straight she wasn’t understanding and still made a frizzy mess of my hair. I was over charged it’s was just an awful experience. Would like someone to contact me

The person who cut/colored was very nice, really listened and made sure I understood what color/cut I was looking for etc. Buuuut I just got home, walked in the door and there are really obvious lines on the “shadow root” and patches where the color is missing. Great on the cut, kinda bad on the color.
