Very relaxing. Made a good suggestion about treatment/products to improve the health of my hair. I also really liked that it wasn’t a typical chatty salon so I was able to just zone out and relax without having to keep up casual conversation with total strangers. I’m also glad that they spaced appointments out so it wasn’t crowded in the salon even during what would be a typical time for many people to make appts after a typical workday. I will definitely go back to this location.

An update: My head is still sore, but three shampoos later, the brown is disappearing and a nice auburn is taking over. The highlights are more apparent and I trimmed my bangs and did more shaping on one side near my face. It’s looking nice! Jen, the floor manager called and would like to correct it to suit me. I’m liking The way it looks; next time I’ll forewarn about the hurting roots. I’ve always like the cuts, color, and service here. Looks like things are getting a lot better again! The original hair was nicely highlighted and needed root touch up and full highlights. My new color was a mousy brown shade with highlights that looked like invasive greys. Well, it looks like things have gotten better!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in for a perm that I scheduled days prior. I was told 62 for the perm and 22 for the cut by a man. Then when I came the lady working on me changed the price by about $50 claiming I have a lot of hair. My hair is so thin and shoulder length. She also didnt know what she was talking about. She asked me if I wanted it piggy backed wrappd. Piggy back rapped is like when you have very long thick hair again my hair is super thin and shoulder length. She was just trying to pad the bill. I don’t normally see the same person more than once for a haircut, as I’ve never enjoyed the experience enough to really demand a certain stylist. I was lucky enough to get Randy today. There was no awkward conversation, it was all natural and my hair looks incredible. Ask for him if you go! I will definitely be scheduling with him going forward. I’ve had my hair cut here twice and both times the experience was fantastic, but Randy made the experience even better and he’s wonderful to talk to!

My hair is very thin and shoulder length. Piggy back perm rods are 2 rods on one section of hair for very long hair because the hair doesnt fit on one rod. My hair does not need piggy back perm rods at all. She was supper piggy herself to try that one on a fellow hairstylist and pretty dumb for that at the same time.
