Came with my son. Very bad haircut. Showed the remark that the hair was not cut evenly. He says that his son has crooked hair. he is 10 years old and he has been to the hairdresser 100 times and he has never been told this. at that moment a man came in with a child of about 10 years old. I showed him how they cut my son’s hair. He said that it was badly turned around and immediately left. so that there is no haircut.

I used to always dread getting my hair done after a terrible experience as a kid, but I just got a reminder text about my appointment here later this week and my immediate reaction was “yay! I get to see Charity again!” She does a fantastic job with color and cut, and I am always happy with the results. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and talented. Highly recommend!

It was overall pretty good (clean, nice, pleasent, quick) but the lady that cut my hair charged me more than what I asked for (about $30 more). And after I got home, I noticed the highlights in my hair were not done correctly as there was about a half inch of my roots showing so it looked like I had my hair done over a month ago instead of that day. I understand this may be their only source of income so I didn’t make a beef about it and just thanked her and paid (I included a tip) and I left. But I don’t think I’ll be returning for a dye of any kind. This review is for them to learn from mistakes, not to be mean at all. Please be more thorough when dying hair and please make sure your customer knows exactly what they are paying for. Adding things to the hair that cost extra should be confirmed OK by the customer BEFORE you put it in their hair, not after at checkout.

I had RJ as my stylist. I wanted a trim and color. I showed RJ photos of what I wanted and let’s just say, he slayed it! I have very natural curly hair and I’m always nervous about getting a trim. I don’t like parting with my hair. He made me feel confident about getting me ends trimmed. The color that I showed RJ that I wanted, he informed me that it was called a, balayage. He was absolutely phenomenal. I was so happy and excited the way my color came out. He really exceeded my expectations! If you are looking for someone who listens to exactly what you want and goes above and beyond, ask for, RJ!

This Hair Cuttery has provided superior service to my family for a couple years now (me, my wife, and 3 kids); without going into detail, one of our kids has a sensory perception disability and it speaks incredibly well for the Hair Cuttery that they are able to keep him perfectly comfortable during the whole process.I went in for a much needed trim today and was helped by RJ.
