There are some excellent stylists here, try to get in with Jen or Melissa for great results! Jen took the time to really look at what services my daughter was going to have to have done to try to cover her bright pink and gave us a quote on time and price before we started. She did a phenomenal job! Melissa did my curly hair with a highlight and cut that was exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t have asked for better results!

I took my 3 year old son here today for the first time. He never likes getting his haircut but the stylist Diana was extremely nice and patient with him. I go to Hair Cuttery for all of my haircuts but this location consistently does not meet standards. I saw another review that someone went in for a wash and haircut and walked out with that and a blowout without asking for it and they were charged twice the price.. which is exactly what happened to me a few visits ago. Then, I went in a few months ago and the girl did not want to give me layers and convinced me that I should go with a straight cut. I usually can go awhile before going back for a haircut but here I am two months later already having to get another cut because of an awful job at this Hair Cuttery. I will be staying away from this location and looking for other salons to get my hair cut.

I went to the Hair Cuttery and Rosa was my stylist. She was courteous and listened to my request for how I wanted my hair cut. I’ve had nightmare experiences with stylist who didn’t know what they were doing, evidenced by a noticeable uneven haircut. I am meticulous when it comes to my hair because i perform. Rosa is the go to person if style is important.

Thought this would be a good idea since this is a reputable chain and didn’t think they could seriously mess up on just a trim. I was wrong. My daughters hair looks choppy and uneven. I’ll have it fixed somewhere else. Not sure what is going on at this place. From the moment I walked in I sensed the tense atmosphere and rude greeting at the door almost made me want to turn around. I will travel a few extra miles next time and go to the Lemont location instead. What a disappointment.
