Got my two kids haircuts, we walked in without an appointment and the two ladies working were friendly, there was one gentleman one of them was finishing up and they had us in and out in twenty minutes. We got lucky there was no wait but the cuts looked good and not rushed. For kids cuts this was perfect for what we were needing.

I set an appointment here weeks ago. It was for a haircut & style at 2pm, today. They just called me now, at 10:30 am, to cancel my appointment. The staff member stated that they had to send someone home due to her illness. The only alternative this company had for me was to COME IN NOW. Well, that doesn’t work – I already have other appointments prior to 2 pm for pre-prom activities. I had to scramble to find another place to take me in. Their staff turnover is horrible. This can only reflect management. I hope their business model fails.

Critical: QualityWent here a few days ago, everyone was super nice and helpful. However I just asked for 2 inches off, and they gave me 3. When going in for a haircut I’m very easy just go straight across, I have no bangs, no layers, my hair is just one length. When I walked out of here, my hair was NOT one length. I didn’t notice until I looked in a mirror and got home. It is horrible, uneven, they even missed a chunk!! I do have wavy hair however when it’s wet it’s straight!! It’ll be awhile until I go back! Went here a few days ago, everyone was super nice and helpful. However I just asked for 2 inches off, and they gave me 3. Very professional and very helpful. I brought in my sister to get her brows done before we went to our brothers wedding and the lady that helped was efficient and fast. She did a very neat job. And she asked thorough questions before starting. She also applied aloe at the end for my sisters sensitive skin and it really made a difference
