I went to get a color and cut got a new hair stylist and loved her! She did a beautiful job on my hair my hair looks healthier than how it was before with blonde hightlights that I had and I went back to dark hair and what a change! I look way better and hair looks healthier and the cut was so nicely done I love it! Love my hair I left the salon very happy!!!

No one should leave a salon looking and feeling like I did. I went in for a full set of highlights. I had bleach on my hair for over an hour while the stylist had lunch. My hair was so over processed that it turned a gray color. They tried to fix it with toner but didn’t really help. They told me they couldn’t do anymore or my hair would break off. This should never happen in a professional salon!! I didn’t go to a beauty school student, I went to a licensed professional. I am trying to call the district manager, but she hasn’t returned my call. I have been going to this salon for years and never had such a horrible experience.
