went to my appointment today AT 11:45 they open at 9 so they were there for almost 3 hours. My stylist did not come in today. My main complaint is NO ONE called to let me know. This is the second time this has happened. I will never trust them again. I recommend you call before leaving your house to confirm your appointment. Obviously the store manager needs a to learn how to run her store.

The lady I dealt with was extremely unprofessional and cut my hair incorrectly. Upon entering she immediately proceeded to tell me everything she hated about her area manager in detail and I mean everything. She even let me read a sticky note her manager left for her that morning about reducing noise and clutter. She also told me about her upcoming surgery and if her manager attempted to call her in should would not be answering their call until she was physically in the salon after she recovered. Then to make matters worse I got home and noticed she messed my haircut. I had section of hair that were still the same length before I went in. My aunt had to fix and even out my hair. I felt really uncomfortable the whole time I was in the store bc of the unprofessional attitude displayed and her sharing her medical problems.

I was very unhappy with my service on Tuesday 11-8-22. I went in for a style. The stylist didn’t use any product in my hair even though I have very curly hair and I wanted it dried straight. When she turned off the dryer and asked me if it was ok it was still wet. It absolutely had no body and just hung there. When she finally finished I couldn’t stay any longer I just left. I can usually get 5-6 days before I need to wash and redry my hair. But my hair doesn’t even feel clean. I have rebooked an appointment to talk to the manager at this store.

Had a 4pm appointment for my husband, they said they were doing a quick wash, took him back and put soap on his hair and then he sat there for 20 minutes while they gave someone else a hair cut and upsold them on product. He finally just walked out with soap still in his hair, the staff didn’t say anything.

Erika and all the staff are always incredibly professional, and amidst the COVID pandemic they did a phenomenal job transitioning with the masks and thoroughly cleaning after each appointment. As for the hair cut itself: you get more than what you pay for. I show up for a hair cut every time, and wouldn’t you know, I get ALL of my hairs cut each time! Can’t beat that service for the price! Everyone is gentle with their ability to cut hair without you feeling like you’re having your hair pulled out from your skull. The capes that they place on you to protect you from the dreaded hair trimmings is like a thin, silk blanket laying ever so softly on your body. The shampoo service is of prestigious quality, and you’ll want to fall asleep with the feeling of the water hitting your head. The water temperature is perfect, like a cup of tea fresh out the microwave that was in for 1 minute 30 seconds. The feeling of the razor on the back your neck/head is like the gentle tickle of a pillow feather, ever so softly brushing on your skin. The styling is superb, I feel like a real James Dean every time I leave.
