For my last two visits to this business I have had a scheduled appointment. The first time I arrived at the scheduled time only to find all stylists busy. I had to wait 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment to be seen. This morning I had a scheduled appointment at 9:00AM. I arrived a couple of minutes before 9. There was no one there. A stylist arrived at 9:05 but she didn’t have a key. I had to leave at 9:15 as I had another appointment scheduled for 10:00 that I couldn’t miss. I have been using this business for several years. I will not use it again.

My appointment was at 9am and when I got there, on time, I was told my stylist was “on the way”. I waited until 9:15 for my stylist to show up. It wasn’t too big of a deal because I wasn’t in a hurry, but if I was in a time crunch it would’ve been a tad more annoying. I’m not sure why they scheduled me at that time if there wasn’t a stylist available until 9:15. Anyways, I was going shorter with my hair and the only thing I asked was for me to be able to put my hair in a high pony tail. Near the end of the cut, my stylist said there will be a few strands that may not go in the pony. I was happy with the cut and left. Until I got home and tried to put my hair up and literally half my hair will not go into a high pony tail. I was so disappointed. A few strands I don’t mind but it’s literally half my hair. Now I have to use a bunch of pins to pin my hair up for work everyday. I am very disappointed on how it turned out. 🙁

Like so many “value” hair salons, it doesn’t matter how you like your hair cut. They only give you what they know how to do. Also, I couldn’t book through the app, so I called. They told me to cancel the app appointment, and they scheduled me for earlier. Then when I got there, they didn’t have my appointment and told me to come back in 45 minutes. A disappointing experience from beginning to end.

I have relatively long hair and it was barely brushed before/during blow drying…which led to the whole time feeling like my hair was going to rip out of my scalp. The chair was moving on its own because of all the hair tugging. Not much conversation made which is unusual when in customer service…Will not be going to Vanessa again.

Friendly staff, clean environment (though the ceiling is not fixed for past 3-4 months). As any service if you didn’t make appointment expect to wait. I’ve been customer for years, never had an issue. My kids are happy to go there as well.
