Made an appointment for my son a full day in advance. Showed up on time for the appointment. Waited, understanding they are busy. Waited some more, watched them take someone who came in after us. After a full half an hour of waiting and not even getting a “sorry we will get to you as soon as we can” I decided to leave. Upon leaving I told the woman cleaning the front shelves that waiting half an hour past an appointment time is unacceptable and she proceeded to ARGUE with me. What is the point of making an appointment? And why do you argue with your customers?

Daughter had an appointment at 815am and when we arrived I asked the woman how long she thought it would take and she looked at me and said (very rudely) “I don’t even know what she’s even getting done” . I was dropping her off and decided to run back in to see if everything was going ok before leaving only to find out the color that they said they put aside for her was not there. This mean’t that she couldn’t get her hair done that I had to take her to work with me ( no time to bring her back home) to sit for 4 hrs. Their customer service was beyond upsetting. I could’ve been called to cancel if they ran out of the color.
