They literally just turned me away. They stated they don’t take walk-ins and they’re booked online until 6:30 I would have to come back then. There’s only one person getting their haircut in here LOL. I would not go to this location unless you register online because the person working today will turn you away. Go elsewhere. Updated from 1 to 3 stars. Their GM Beth reached out to me immediately and addressed the situation. Great service from the management. Went to the highland location and had a great cut!

Nice and friendly staff, place seems clean. I was not happy with my layered bob, seemed stylist was more interested in blowing drying it than cutting it properly. Had to ask to add more layers and texture since it was bland and had no life, didn’t even fix the front nicely. Didn’t even bother to show me the back of the head with a mirror and when I got to my car I saw straggling hair on both sides of the back of the neck causing me to go back in and ask for a clean up. Will not return again.

Not happy that I took the time to check in online and go at my suggested time for my 2 boys, just to be told when i walked in “oh did you check in online, yeah that doesnt work it will be another 2 hours if you want to wait.” this is the second time this has happened to me.
