Eliana was wonderful! Not only is she knowledgeable but her ability to make one feel comfortable was outstanding. She took the time to discuss options and really listened to me. As a woman who no longer colors her thinning gray hair, getting my hair cut is no longer a joyful experience. In fact, on average I go 2 times per year. But I couldn’t be happier with the hair services. the products she suggested and her excellent customer service. My hair looks full and healthy AND is WAY easier to manage! The whole experience was excellent! I’m definitely coming back!!

Tina was absolutely amazing! I had some questions about how to add volume to my hair and she gave me some tips. She made the whole experience more enjoyable, I didn’t feel like I was just getting a haircut. It felt like I was hanging out with a friend. I had a wedding to go to so i went in and asked for a cut and some beach waves. THIS IS WHAT I GOT, i looked like little bo peep and had to wash it out right away as i would never want to be seen looking like this. Upon washing it out, i noticed chunks of my hair were cut way shorter than the other. I paid money for this low of a service?! I have been going back and forth with a Woman named Beth about getting my refund SINCE JUNE. Still have yet to receive anything!! Literally horrible stylists who are obviously uneducated and have no idea what they are doing. Hair was done by a woman named Betsy. Ill take this review down upon receiving a refund. Spare yourself and your money and avoid this place at all costs!
