Generally I really like this place. Friendly staff , quality service. But this time everything was wrong. I have been a regular at this place, and generally every stylist I have been with has been great here. But my last experience is not good. First I had to wait 15 mins from my appointment time to get started. Then probably they are in hurry to close. the shampoo service I generally enjoy was horrible this time. I did not like the way my hair were handled during shampoo and the cut. The stylist did not care how my hair are getting pulled while she was trying to cut them. Even my haircut is bad. It is nothing like what I have gotten before I visited this place. My hair looked better before this cut.
