My stylist was very sweet and I really wanted to love my hair after all was done but that was not the case…. I left with damp hair so it wasn’t until I got home and it was all dry that I noticed the color was splotchy and the cut was uneven. There are random short pieces that don’t blend at all. The color was not what I had shown at the beginning but I understood that they might not have it at hand since it was a semi permanent. But I would’ve appreciated it being one solid color… I also had shown photos of the hair cut I had in mind (side, front, back) and the end result was just not great. I thought it was just me but my family was stunned at the cut as well. Sadly paid a lot for sub par results.

I walked in for a trim since I never knew Hair Cuttery to be a place to take appointments. I was greeted with silence by both employees. I know they heard me because the door made a ringing sound when I open it and the shop is small and both employees were in sight. I said hello and without even turning to me, one of the employees asked if I made an appointment and I said, “no I just came for a trim”. She turned to her employee and asked if she had any spots left today and that employee answered “no” right away. This location doesn’t close until 9 PM and there was only one person in the shop that was being attended to. The first employee asked if I wanted to make an appointment for tomorrow (again she said this without even turning to look at me). I said no and walked right out. I had no expectation of having exceptional service, but nor did I think I would be greeted with such rudeness. Maybe I would have cut them some slack if the shop was super busy, but like I said before there was only one person in there being attended to. Long story short I will not be returning to this location. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Brought my son for a hair cut, and I will never again. I had to bring him to another place for them to fix it because the lady here did such a bad job and the only thing they had to say was “she can fix it” why would you go back to someone that already messed your kids hair up? And then still have to pay for it. Yikes! Find better hair stylists. Maybe ones that are qualified, and don’t use an entire bottle of gel to cover up the awful work then did. 22$ That I can’t get back because they don’t do refund just only to go back and fix it after it’s already messed up.

This review is not about the actual cut, but the customer service. I have had my hair cut here previously, and they do a fine job. I called to make an appointment, and the woman who answered aggressively asked me why I called and did not make the appointment online. Needless to say, after being spoken to like that, I hung up and did not want to make an appointment or give my business.
