I can’t even put into words the pain my daughter has been caused. She went to have her hair done on her 16th Birthday so she’d be all ready for her party. I watched her walk out the door sobbing. Her hair was nothing like she asked for or showed picture. Her entire head went from ash blonde to WHITE. WHITE! Hair is now damaged. Hair is falling out and feels like straw. Went from looking so natural to ruined after getting her hair done. Had to go to another salon to try and fix. She was an hour late to her party. Could not enjoy herself. No words can explain how it feels to experience this. No photos of what was supposed to be a celebration to remember. So many tears.Missed out on her 16th Birthday. Could not even get through singing happy birthday without breaking into tears.

I went here right when they opened at 10 Am with 2 toddlers in tow. They already had a long line waiting. When the doors opened they were helpful with the sign in process. The staff was extremely patient with the two year olds. They allowed one to watch cartoons on the cell phone and the other was allowed to sit in dads lap. They both got great haircuts and I would definitely recommend this place. The wait gets very long very quick though.

Booked two appointments online the day before, plenty of times to choose from, and they were able to add one more of my family members at the same time with no wait when we arrived. Very friendly employees and my kids and I loved our results. Aaron gave me fabulous service, and he was very gentle with my scalp. He also made sure I was okay with how much he planned on cutting BEFORE he cut it. I’ll definitely go back again!
