I had half my hair lightened by Jennifer about two weeks ago, I believe. I wouldn’t go back for her. The pressure to spend more money was obvious. She suggested we do the color since it was only like $20 more but I told her no and had to tell her no a few more times. She even just like assumed at some point that I was doing it when I never said I would. At first, it seemed really nice that they wanted to try to get a green neon shade that I’d like dyed (thank you Russ) but then it seemed very pushy because of her. She also told me I needed to throw away whatever I was using in order to try to sell me some Cibu CBD hair products even though I had told her I already got rid of it and didn’t clarify the previous day (cause it caused me build up) but that was pretty embarrassing to experience in front of others in the front. Overall, I was very frustrated and disappointed with my experience.

Port review is in my attempt to actually patronize this location. I made a reservation but accidentally went to the wrong location and that location called them to let them know that I was on my way before they canceled me within the 10 minutes, yet, 2 minutes later I received a phone call saying that my appointment was canceled and when I mentioned the other shop calling to let them know that I was on the way. Supposedly they never received it and then the lady proceeded to hang up on me

I had an app for a simple iPod for an evening event. I’d never been here before, I had no preference on a stylist. I had Amber, and she asked several questions before starting my hair. My hair is above shoulder length so I understood it might be difficult. She ended up giving me a gorgeous style that I loved! I was a bit trepidatious about coming here as a first time client but all those fears were unfounded. Amber was very nice and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I got a lot of compliments on my hair all night!
