I used to come to this location a lot during my time off from work and today I’m probably never coming back. I didn’t know that they’re still doing appointment only and not accepting walk-ins. I guess it’s on me for wasting over 30 minutes to get over here to try to get a haircut coming from South Chicago using up gas and everything. I guess I wish them luck but honestly very frustrated.

Hala is an amazing stylist. If anything needs to be said it’s that they don’t do anything to keep up the salon. They have great stylists yet there are tiles missing from the ceiling and you see the plumbing while getting hair washed. Place is falling down but the stylists are very talented, the company they work for just doesn’t care.

Walked in at like 730 pm for a simple cut. I’m a guy i take 10 min or less.. one lady sitting getting dyed, no one around her. Employee in corner washing customer hair, no cars in lot. I go to counter and a guy comes out the back. He asks if I have appt? I say no walk in. He taps the keys on the computer , and he’s like oh looks like we’re all booked.. I remind you 1 lady being dyed, one in corner being rinsed.. I replied with a laugh saying I’m out of town tomorrow and there’s no one in here as I then walk away.. he proceeded to try to verbally attack me as I walk away.. all the way to my car.. yikes , lazy sad experience..0 out of 10 will not go back again
