Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityBeen a client since 2018, Erin has always done an amazing job on my hair everytime I stop in. I’ve done nearly every color imaginable in my hair, and Erin has always gotten it back to platinum blonde. I grew my hair out from a pixie cut to a bob & she somehow helped me avoid the horrible ‘mullet phase’ of growing out short hair. I can’t ever imagine going to anyone else to get my hair done now. Been a client since 2018, Erin has always done an amazing job on my hair everytime I stop in. I’ve done nearly every color imaginable in my hair, and Erin has always gotten it back to platinum blonde. I grew my hair out from a pixie cut to a bob & she somehow helped me avoid the horrible ‘mullet phase’ of growing out short hair. I can’t ever imagine going to anyone else to get my hair done now. Critical: ProfessionalismMy husband used this location yesterday for a 5 o’clock appointment. This is not the usual place he goes to, but he was in a bind.The young girl who cut his hair was extremely rude to him. She did not disclose to him that she was new, which usually he doesn’t mind—everyone has to start somewhere in their career. It took her making a couple of mistakes and having to get someone to fix her work, before she disclosed that she was new.When he first sat down in the chair, she asked him, what number on the buzzer do you want me to use?He had no idea what number and what his seemed to frustrate her. He told her he just wanted a “clean up”but she didn’t understand.He tried to make chitchat a couple of times but her remarks back were snotty. She was not happy about working on Sunday and made it very clear that she did not want to be there.I am sure that the Hair Cuttery has lovely employees there, but this particular girl was very unpleasant.My husband used this location yesterday for a 5 o’clock appointment. My husband used this location yesterday for a 5 o’clock appointment. This is not the usual place he goes to, but he was in a bind.

Critical: ProfessionalismI just booked an appointment for my son the get a haircut here tonight. Our first time. I received both an email and text confirmation that the appointment was confirmed. I get there on time and the lady says there has been a mistake with the system. She says we are all booked and we are doing colors. I see only one person with color on and another girl had just finished up. Mind you, my son is an 8 year old boy who at most would be a 15 min cut. So I asked, there is no way to fit him in? I just booked an appointment for my son the get a haircut here tonight. Our first time. I received both an email and text confirmation that the appointment was confirmed. I get there on time and the lady says there has been a mistake with the system. She says we are all booked and we are doing colors. I see only one person with color on and another girl had just finished up. Mind you, my son is an 8 year old boy who at most would be a 15 min cut. So I asked, there is no way to fit him in? She colored it a second time and still have lines in my head, when she went to cut my hair I told her I wanted a side bang and now I look like I’m in fifth grade and its all uneven! Worst hair experience I’ve ever had! Now I have to spend more money to try to get them at least even! Absolute worst!! Worst hair cut and color I ever had! Went back for them to correct the mess the stylist made of my hair with the color… Wanted to charge me a second time!! Said hell no! She colored it a second time and still have lines in my head, when she went to cut my hair I told her I wanted a side bang and now I look like I’m in fifth grade and its all uneven!
