I’ve been taking my boys to this location since it opened. We’ve never had any major issues but since the pandemic it’s totally changed. The other day I took my son and the stylist (tall blonde woman) didn’t say a word to him. She just scowled the whole time. The haircut was fine but the personality of the stylist was not great.

I used to go to this location frequently to work with Jamie specifically. In October, I went in and told her I wanted my hair short and I wanted it straight across, she’s said okay and started cutting. When the hair cut was done she said and I quote “I know you said you wanted it straight across but I tapered it instead.” At first glance, I thought it was whatever but for the last three months I’ve been so unhappy with my hair and the service. I’m not sure why she decided to do her own thing when I asked for something specifically. I hate how my hair is growing in and there is absolutely nothing I can do with my hair that I like.

i had amanda.she was very rude. i’m typically not one to complain about customer service but she told me she had to stop dying her own hair to service me. she was very aggressive and pulled my hair multiple times and had some rude expressions on her face. she tried talking me out of my haircut because it was a lot of work to do layers in my hair. i have a lot of hair and she complained about it the whole time. she asked for all my hair history and if i had gotten highlights because my hair was so thick that it was inconvenient for her and she was looking for something to blame. i repeated back and forth that i’m hispanic and i’ve always had a ton of thick hair. she then rolled her eyes everytime and proceeded to pull my hair and then told me “it hurts right” yes. yes it did. she was continuously pulling my hair. i also still have hair pieces falling out all over my shirt an hour after the appointment. i am extremely disappointed in the service i was given and will absolutely not be returning to this establishment.
