I would give zero stars if able. Scheduled an appointment online and arrived early. Was told it would just be a few minutes. Over 50 minutes later, 30 minutes past my appointment time, 6 others taken before me, I walked out. Had the “manager” ask if I had an appointment and offer NOTHING when told how long I’d been waiting. What a poorly run location!!

The woman with the nasty looking red hair is rude. Told me they’re closed and at 7:30 when they don’t close until 8. Told me they stop taking customers at 7:40 but yet when I made it a point again to say I got there before that she got an attitude with me. And then processed to hang the phone up. Not once but twice when I asked her her name. Told her name was Dont call back again if you dont want someone else to deal with me. Sounds like a threat. Had to pick her son up she told me. Yet she’s sitting at the desk. No wonder all the good people keep leaving.

Both are amazing, extremely talented and very professional 🙂 I didn’t quite had a great experience my first time but Crystal the manager appointed me the very next day to get em fixed. Rafaela managed to fix my hair, she totally transformed my hair looking drop dead gorgeous! She knows the techniques and works with full finesse, if y’all are looking to get highlights or balyage done, then you need to have Rafaela to do it for you!
