I got Richard after I completely screwed up my hair. He was so gentle and listened to my fears about bad past experiences with salons. He made sure that I knew exactly what he was doing, why, and what it would look like. He also told me what I would have to do going forward. He was super non judgmental, even though my hair was super jagged and he made it look GOOD. He actually listened when I said to be careful to not cut it too short. By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon
