If I could give it a 0, that’s what I’d rate it. The lady was one of those hairdressers that are too scared to do anything. Worried bout highlighting already highlighted hair. . One of those hairdressers that say it’s going to take time to get what you want and you never get it going to a hairdresser like that cause they’re too scared. You come out looking like you did when you came in after wasting 2 hrs and $140. I can get the blonde I want in one shot….Always have.. but this lady was inexperienced evidently. That’s what happens when you choose first available appt and don’t know the qualifications of the hair dresser. Should’ve just asked for a cut when I saw she was one of those types. Wasted $140 and now my hair will cost $300 because I’ll have to get it redone by someone who knows what they’re doing. Went in wanting bayalage but she was too scared to do that so ended up doing foil. She said she would make it chunky blonde like I wanted but it still came out with everything I told her I didn’t want and barely looks any different. She should consider a different profession. Hairdressers like her are a rip off. If you can’t do the job…tell us so we can find someone who can….instead of getting ripped off. I’m disgusted with this ugly color and now have to make another appointment spending double what I would’ve spent.
